I'm glad they got the procedure name right on this one (sleeve, not bypass). I wish they hadn't gone down the path with pizza and lasagna though because, let's face it, most of us cannot eat pasta and bread, it feels like crap in our stomachs so we don't eat it. Plus... empty calories. Having said that, I think she did a good job explaining it.
