One Month Surgiversary

VSG on 07/02/12

Today is my one month surgiversary. I started this process weighing 231lbs and lost 21lbs preop and I am very happy to say I have lost 18lbs postop my 1st month for a total of 39lbs

yippy! Everything has been going good and I am very happy I made the decision to have vsg. Like everyone says, It does get easier. Thank you OH friends and best of wishes.
