Tracking food
The way that I and many people on here do it is my fitness pal. It is a great resource and allows you to get reports over periods of time to see how you have done overall. It's an online resource and you can download an app on android phones, iphones, and blackberries as well. Invite friends and you can share what you are eating as well. Very good resource.

- MFP has been invaluable. Just remember to set your calories to 600 daily. I'm still trying to set our carbs and protein intake allowance but am unable to. Take great care!
