Down to 196 and other than a fever that keeps me frustrated I am doing great. I plan to start a regular excersize routine on Monday of next week. By that time my incisions should be relatively pain free and i should be able to move a little more freely.

Thanks for all the presurgery support I am sure I will be back getting post surgery support here soon.

Yay! So glad to hear of an easy recovery. Mine was so easy and painless that I almost felt guilty after reading some of the stories here, but my surgeon said it is pretty common with sleeve patients to have an easy recovery. Keep us updated on your progress!

Congrats! That first week was the hardest for me. I did have some pain. My body just doesn't like anestesia. All my limbs got all sore and weak. So I struggled getting around for that first week. I'm 2 weeks out now and starting to feel great and getting around is not much of an issue. It's hard to get enough water in (I have to set a timer!) but otherwise things have gone much smoother than I expected.

Now the struggle becomes getting my strength back so I can get back into everything in my life again and hopefully have new found energy for new things (or old things I haven't done in a while). Hopefully your fever is short lived. That could just be a reaction to the inflamation. I didn't even think to take my temp that first week, tho I probably should have. Make sure your dr knows about the fever, but I think I recall them saying that a fever off and on of under 100 was normal those first couple of weeks after surgery.

Glad you are doing good! We have the same surgeon! I am still waiting on my date. Where did you have your surgery done at?
