I have been truly affected by many things you have said. You should be a life coach...seriously. Thank you Elina! beautifully written, inspiring words. I just had my surgery last thursday. I have been on this site since late May- you never cease to amaze me with your on the mark, well written comments and thoughts. i imagine you help and inspire more than you know!

I am glad I chose this surgery route, as I do feel like I am back in control again, and that is a good thing.

Well said my friend! I couldn't agree more. "Cheating" is what got me into the mess in the first place. My Weigh****chers leader always reminds me that everything I do, in all aspects of my life, is a choice.
