I think about you and your amazing accomplishments every day. *Here* is wonderful, for both of us. Goal is just a construct, an artificial challenge we can set for ourselves. Sometimes it's helpful, sometimes it's not. What matters is the journey, another day of peace of mind around food, and treating ourselves with respect. Yay for us, Alison!!
