9 weeks post-op and blahs

I was 9 weeks post-op on Monday. I've really been stuck in the blahs for the past couple of weeks. I'm just dragging and not very motivated to do a whole lot. I'm getting 80g of protein, taking my multi-vitamin, calcium, biotin and Prilosec and getting in about 60oz of water a day (trying to do more but drinking water is always a challenge). I'm tracking my diet on myfitnesspal.com. I'm not sure if I'm missing something in my diet or if this is just a hormone phase or maybe I just need to exercise more?

Has anyone else had this issue? What did you find that helped?

 what about your B 12 vitamin??? that helps with your energy! It will really help you with having the energy & motivation to excercise...

I forgot to say that I am taking 1000 mcg of B12 (sublingual) also. Is that enough?

 Physical activity I think would  help....but it may not be surgery related. Maybe it's just winter blah's?

That's a good point. It may not be about the surgery or my diet. I do get seasonal depression when the days get shorter, but usually it is more like Dec or Jan that it might become an issue. Maybe I just need to up my Welbutrin in the fall. I was on a higher dose before surgery. I went to a lower dose a couple of weeks after surgery because I was feeling wired. Maybe I need to go back up again...probably worth a try. Thanks for the suggestion :)
