YUMMY PROTEIN
I've probably tried over 30 proteins, they are all unappealing to me. However, the ones that I can tolerate the best are EAS AdvantEdge in Rich Dark Chocolate and Atkins Advantage in the Milk Chocolate Delight or Mocha Latte. Click espresso protein powder is good too, but higher in carbs.

HELLO
I'M 2 WEEK POST OP. I TRY PURE PROTEIN FRENCH VANILLA WITH FAT FREE MILK TASTE GOOD. BUT THE ONE IM STICK IS VI-SHAPE" SWEET CREAM FLAVOR" YOU CAN ORDER THAT ON EBAY OR WITH ONE CONSULTANT. IF U GO TO WWW.INJURY.COM THEY HAVE NO FLAVOR PROTEIN POWDER THAT U CAN ADD TO YOUR DRINK.
I think that we all try many different kinds of protein and so here are the ones that I have found that I like and also do not like.
First the ones that I like Premier Protein in chocolate, Body Fortress chocolate peanut butter, Pure Protein RTD, and right now I am using Syntrax Nectar Sweets in chocolate truffle.
Now for the ones that I do not like at all: Syntrax Nectar in fuzzy navel, and Isopure RTD they have a bitter after taste,
The one thing that you have to remember is that you can change the flavor of them by adding some sugar free syrup, greek yogurt, or even a few small pieces of a frozen banana will make a shake creamier. For example if I am using a vanilla protein powder I might add some mint sf syrup.
Hope this helps.

I am also having problems with protein shakes, i have tried like 6 different brands and take like 2 hours to finish 200ml, and i have feelings the im gona vomit on each sip. i am 3 weeks post op and been taking 2 egg whites in breakfast, yougurt, and lentils and chicken puree in lunch and dinner, i dont know if i need to still have 30g of protein from shakes too.. i m in need to find a taste where i can stick to the shake.
I hope i find it soon.......
