I've probably tried over 30 proteins, they are all unappealing to me. However, the ones that I can tolerate the best are EAS AdvantEdge in Rich Dark Chocolate and Atkins Advantage in the Milk Chocolate Delight or Mocha Latte. Click espresso protein powder is good too, but higher in carbs.

If sweetness is the problem I find that making shakes with almond milk really helps balance sweetness out, vs water or skim milk.

I think that we all try many different kinds of protein and so here are the ones that I have found that I like and also do not like.

First the ones that I like Premier Protein in chocolate, Body Fortress chocolate peanut butter,  Pure Protein RTD,  and right now I am using Syntrax Nectar Sweets in chocolate truffle.

Now for the ones that I do not like at all: Syntrax Nectar in fuzzy navel, and Isopure RTD they have a bitter after taste,

The one thing that you have to remember is that you can change the flavor of them by adding some sugar free syrup, greek yogurt, or even a few small pieces of a frozen banana will make a shake creamier.  For example if I am using a vanilla protein powder I might add some mint sf syrup.

Hope this helps.

Unjury chicken flavored.. tastes like chicken broth.. www.unjury.com.. I haven't tried their other proteins but it had the salt that I needed when I was craving. Good luck. Its the hardest but most important part.

The one I really like is from GNC Total Lean Shakes in Vanilla Bean- it's a little higher in carbs but it actually tastes good.

God bless!

The one that I found to be most smooth and less sweet are About Time Protein powders. Just google About Time.
