On the 7th day!!!feeling great and down 22lbs since last saturday!!

The first night was the roughest. Had surgery on Monday and went home Wed afernoon.

For me very easy so far. been out shopping thurs,fri,and Today!!!  Feel like I could go back to work tomorrow if I had a easy job.

Hey, twin!     I think I'm doing okay.  How are you?

To answer your question about the ticker, first hover your mouse over "My Account" near the upper right of your screen, then click on "Settings."

Then, under "Settings," click on "Message Board."

In the Signature box you should be able to type in some text above your ticker.  Then click on "Save."

If I haven't left anything out, that should get you some text.  :)

Thanks for your help.  I'm doing much better than expected.  However, I need to get rid of the gas pains in my back and push more water.  My doc says 1 oz. every 15 minutes and 1 oz. protein per hour.
