Protein Ice Cream
This looked fairly easy to make 165 calories, 4g fat, 7g carbs and 25 g PROTEIN. I am not sure I could eat all that it makes but still looks like something I might try this weekend.

Theres actually a much easier way to do this:
Take your greek yogurt - drain it. Then add whatever flavorings you want - including additional protein if you like - and freeze it.
If you want something like cream cheese for either a desert or dip - don't freeze it and add savory herbs and spices like rosemary, thyme, and caramelized garlic. I have even made a filling for cookies this way too.
To drain the yogurt all you really need is some cheese cloth, a bowl, and a skewer. If you want to go fancy you can use a cheese press or mold.

Eggface has a recipe using protein powder -- and I haven't tried it yet. I actually bought a KitchenAid ice cream mixer attachment that's all frozen and ready to go -- so please report on all ice cream experiments, and I'll do the same! I'd really like some peppermint ice cream!
I've got an eye on protein truffles too!
Last summer Iposted my recipe on here for Almond Joy Ice Cream using Frozen Yogurt and Torani Sugar Free Syrups (Almond, Caramel, and Coconut). It was a big hit with my support groups.

I make EggFace ice cream in my kitchen aid attachment and it works well. Cheesecake with a few strawberries is my favorite.
I've made and modified a ton of recipes from Eggface website....PM me here or an MFP (if you like) and I'll share the ones that worked and some mods.
