NSV a wow moment

I decided to go ice skating today, I have not been on my skates in over 15 years. Well on the way to the pond in the park I had a flash back. Not even a year ago I would have taken this alone moment to grab fast food and sit in my car and eat it and then get rid of the evidence.

The best part is Being smaller feels so much better than any fast food could ever taste.

Woot woot! That is a good one.

How did the skating go?

The skating went slowly and was much more slippery than I remembered LOL. Next time it will be better, I think my skates need sharpening to. Thanks for asking.

Oh how fun! I've never been ice skating before! That's a WONDERFUL wow moment!

Wow, way to go!  What a great feeling and you're right about the fast food.  I really don't have much of a taste for it anymore.  I will sneak a fry or two of my husbands but they really don't call to me anymore.  I will have to give skating a try...I am thinking about trying to find a curling clinic and possibly join a team again but I am not sure about my one knee yet.  Something to aim for next year maybe.  Way to go, can't wait to see you again and catch up.
