Looks Like a GREAT Day! Nicely done. I can't seem to get my carbs that low. I always seem to be right around 40.

I am almost 3 months out ... So I still do
A protien shake or 2 a day that is only 1 carb and 27 protein...
Then I try to mix it up food wise.
Still can not eat beef unless its shredded, wet and soft.
Have not had too much Chicken either
Been keeping to fish and tofu.
To night ill post what I ate as well as nutrition from what I ate, to show you what my day looks like. Since your a dude.... don't you need more carbs than us ladies?
