You are only 7 days out from surgery!?!?!? WOW! I am 7 days out and only got in 27 ounces yesterday and 30 grams of protein. YOU GO!

No, not from surgery. Accountability for getting back on track and they are doing great.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

oh no I am almost 4 months out I just decided to work on accountability for a fefew weeks

so that I could make sure to hold my self accountable for what I am doing

that's all as well as post my numbers for all the vets to see incase I need sosome direction

how far out are you?

Never have gone off track this is helping me not go off track!:)

plus I post my numbers to get feed back from all of the vets just incase I need to ttweak somthing !
