I ♥ Mae West...in fact I think we MUST have hung out in one of my previous lives. I refuse to be 80 and look back on my life and wish I had done this or that...I'm living my life once and like my girl has said, if you do it right once is enough!!
I truly am HAPPY for the first time in my life that my birthday is OVER!!

Hope everyone enjoyed their Valentines Day! I went out to dinner with my kids and niece (4 kids total!) and afterwards I went to the gym. You can pay for 2 hours of childcare there, which is kind of pricey, but I thought well worth it last night to have a break from all 4 and get in a good workout. However, a staff member had to come and pull me off the weight room floor after just 45 minutes because my youngest daughter had an explosive bowel movement and my son hit another boy. So I got to drag 4 kids, 2 of which were screaming and 1 covered in feces, out of the gym and didn’t finish my workout (or get a refund on the childcare). Happy V-Day to me!!!

D: Bumble Bee Sundried Tomato & Basil Tuna (packed in olive oil) and roasted radishes

Exercise: Skipping the gym tonight, but will use my resistance bands at home since I didn’t get to my arms last night. I’m going tomorrow, BY MYSELF, before anyone gets out of bed in the morning.

L: 1 oz. turkey taco meat with a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese
D: Probably more taco meat
S: Tera's Whey dark chocolate protein powder with unsweetened soy milk, probably some Greek yogurt later

Survived V-day. Glad its Friday. Sunny and the warmest day this year here in PNW. Yeah!
My schedules and routines have been turned upside down these past few weeks and I have realized I really struggle without a daily routine. Sometimes I feel like a baby learning to walk again. Oh the process.
