staying focused on a new improved me

Today I started my two week pre op liquid diet. WHOA NELLY!!! I ain't gonna lie ITS BEEN...making me think. For a minute about food then my future an my upcoming surgery :) I'm so ready an happy to be on my journey to a healthier ME!! I read the board almost daily and have watched others on their journey's. I am soooo excited to get to the other side an be a 'normal healthy' weight.
