Two Week Post-Op Appointment Today. - I weighed myself for the first time since surgery two weeks ago.  24 pounds lost!   with the 12 pounds lost in pre-op fast thats 36 pounds.   

Had Surgery and Home. - I had my surgery Tuesday (3/19).  Things went really well.  Had the gas pain for a few hours after surgery and then it went away.  Haven't had any super pain, mostly just sore. ...

Carbs - What's is the average amount of carbs that you get for the day?
