What vets rant about.
Just to defend Ruggie a little. I used to absolutely hate him and think he was a know-it-all asshat. His personality isn't for everyone, but he was truly just trying to be funny and give some levity. Which, in my humble opinion, we need a little more of around here. I'm sure he wasn't looking to offend. Honestly, those that ask intelligent questions don't bug me, it's those that ask the same question over and over again that get me.
We had one a year ago that kept asking about desserts. Like twice per week. WTF, dude? Go eat the cake if you want it that bad and shut up. Ya know? I must have told them 10 times what I do for sugar cravings, but they kept making new threads. Ahhhhhh!!!! Yes, I want cheesecake every freaking day too.
But, yeah, he's got a dry sense of humor and once you read his stuff, you realize that. Now, I kind of want to date him.
Again, I thought he was a total butthead before I got to know him more (same with several other folks on here). I think that after a year or so, and I'm sure you know being so far out, you find yourself wanting to snap at some newbie that's asking a really stupid question and take a break for a bit ;)
