Got it!  And as a "vet" i agree about how annoying it can be!  there is a thing from when i was new that the then-vets put together that i will start posting again.

ditto on the crappy search sometimes!  also, in their (and my when i was new) some of this stuff (hair falling out) is just freaky, so folks are going to post about it!

arm boob is my favorite.  aren't women lucky that we get to have boobs of so many kinds?!?!?!  and then we can BE boobs too!!!!!  LOL!

LOL  keep it up Ruggie.

Here are a few more things to rant about:

My NUT says start soft foods with mashed potatoes. I assume that includes gravey and butter?

I am four weeks out and am now up to two slices of pizza. How many could you eat at four weeks?

Our family has dinner every Sunday at Grandma's. They hold me down and stuff ham and scalloped potatoes into my face. What can I do?

I frequently attend birthday parties. How do I politely tell my hostess I am not allowed a third slice of cake?

Are there movie theaters that so not sell snacks? I am unable to walk past the popcorn stand without obtaining a large tub with butter.

I haven't lost weight for 6 weeks. Do sun spots cause changes in gravitational strength thereby affecting my bathroom scale by causing it to weigh phantom pounds?

How many days after surgery will I poop and are there prune protein shakes?

I just ate a Raisinette and hate myself. Any suggestions for a good therapist?

Diane

Again, there is that warped sense of humor that many of us appreciate kiss DH thought this was so funny, he went and posted about jock-straps. Of course it was early in the morning, before his second cup of protein coffee.

Great post.  I do see lots of repetitive questions, and it would be great if we could tag and categorize all the posts...like, the Constipation category...the Hair Loss category....Can we do this?  I know there is the Search function....maybe we can load all the common questions at the Top.

I am guilty I'm sure of asking a repetitive question...I will try not to.

And, I am not too happy with some of the Vets, honestly, especially if they are harsh and judgmental and impatient....kinda turns me off from putting anyone on a pedestal, ya know?  Had a Vet respond to me very rudely recently, and I am just sooo turned off I can't tell you.  Considering Blocking this person. Vets are human, and not Gods...and I'm really finding out who I like on here and who doesn't deserve my time.blush

It could be worse.  A vet could block you, then stalk what you post to leave comments about it.  I so don't get that.  Block my snarky ass and ignore me please.

I snorted a bit. I know I posted some of these. I'm sure I may post more in the future. We'll see.  I am a researcher (not professionally lol) and it drives me batty when people post a question for something that they can Google and get an immediate answer. Like, "does anyone know how many calories___ has? Is it high in carbs?" A quick Google search answers that in no time or a trip to MFP. Why post it on a forum, then wait for someone else to look it up and tell you? cool

This applies to Facebook and every other social media site as well, not just OH.
