It looks absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely have to try your recipe! Funny enough, my friend bought me some banh mi sandwiches from houston last weekend and I just couldn't devour the bread. I just ate everything inside and had extra cucumber as well. ROCK ON FRISCO!

Glad to see a chicken recipe (instead of fish)  Looks good.  What is Sriracha?  Do we get it at Asian markets?

Sriracha a "Hot Sauce" based with Chili's and is pretty common now days and found at most major chain grocery stores.

When cut with Greek Yogurt you can adjust the "heat"

Sriracha is my new ketchup, it goes on almost everything for me especially eggs. This recipe looks delish, can't wait to try it.

I love vietnamese food. My wife and kid get a Bahn Mi every time we go. I am more of a Pho fan, but I can't wait to try this.

PHO REAL? PHO IS AMAZING!!!! sadly, I cook it all the time but can't seem to enjoy it like I use to. Its not the same without eating the whole entire bowl!

I agree it does lack something when you can't eat the whole bowl and I have been ordering it without noodles lately which also takes away from the experience. I won't compromise on the summer rolls though I have to eat at least a half of one.

Looks fantastic! So easy, too!

I noticed you leave salt out of many of the recipes. Do find the fish sauce makes up for that in this recipe?
