That's it, I am flying right over. :) That looks absolutely delicious. I am busy making cold red and green borscht today. They have no protein but are full of veggies and keep me full in between meals. It works great in the hot summer months.

Happy Birthday Julia! I hope your day continues to be fantastic! I had my birthday last Saturday and I couldn't help but think about how much different this one was than all of my previous birthdays. I'm sure that scale will start moving again soon!
