HOLY toledo!!! 15 pounds down since surgery 1 week ago, total loss in 3 weeks 41 pounds. Let's keep it going. WHOOP WHOOP!!!

I am scheduled to go for surgery next month and I am curious as to what surgery did you have and how do you feel about it now. thanks for your help.

I had the VSG and even though I am 1 week post-op I would do it again without a second guess. recovery was relatively easy after the first 3-4 days and I am back to work in 1 week. Working through what my body likes and dislikes and taking it one day at a time,
