What have you done for YOU Lately?
Got my hair cut
Bought new pants/capris for workouts. My former ones were fitting more like sweats at this point. I have to say, I look stellar.
Had a little cold all weekend, took Mon and Tues off of work even though if I were very important, I probably could have worked. Instead I rested, puttered around the house, read thru my new Women's' Health Big Book of Exercises, and did warmup exercises on my deck in the sun.
Gym - 5 x this week. PT on Saturday. Trainer promises my legs WILL hurt when done! I am still sore (in a good way) from Tuesday's upper body work out! I made it 45 min on the Elliptical yesterday, up from 30 min! Once I am comfortable with that, I want to try the spin class.
Staying on track with my diet. Although, my weight is not reflecting my effort....yet. I am up 2 lbs this week. I need to work on not stress out about the number.
Take my dog down to the slew for a nice long walk in the sunshine tonight.
I went to another therapist session and have settled down with her. I am also doing what I want to do this week and letting my husband fend for himself a bit.
