Got my hair cut

Bought new pants/capris for workouts. My former ones were fitting more like sweats at this point. I have to say, I look stellar.

Had a little cold all weekend, took Mon and Tues off of work even though if I were very important, I probably could have worked. Instead I rested, puttered around the house, read thru my new Women's' Health Big Book of Exercises, and did warmup exercises on my deck in the sun.

Weightlifting two days, biked in to work today (12.5 miles each way with about 2000' of incline/decline) and two days of running!

After my Half Marathon I have done NOTHING and to be honest I can tell my body is appreciating that =)  I will be hitting the treadmill after work tomorrow and kettlebells on Saturday.

I have my workout schedule planned for the month =)

Gym - 5 x this week.  PT on Saturday. Trainer promises my legs WILL hurt when done!  I am still sore (in a good way) from Tuesday's upper body work out!       I made it 45 min on the Elliptical yesterday, up from 30 min!  Once I am comfortable with that, I want to try the spin class.

Staying on track with my diet.  Although, my weight is not reflecting my effort....yet.  I am up 2 lbs this week.  I need to work on not stress out about the number.

Take my dog down to the slew for a nice long walk in the sunshine tonight.

I went to another therapist session and have settled down with her.  I am also doing what I want to do this week and letting my husband fend for himself a bit.

I got sleeved and stayed an extra night in the hospital because I really needed it.
