Overhead Press 4 sets of 10 reps
Standing Barbell Row 4 sets of 10 reps
Tricep Pushdowns 4 sets of 10 reps
Havent done these yet but if I have juice I will add some bent over dumbell flys for shoulder development
10 to 20 Burpees
2 more sets of shuttle runs
I managed a slow painful 20 min walk this morning. Might jump in the pool later.

Well, Saturday I had a pretty intense kickboxing class that focused A LOT on the legs (which is my trouble area). We did multiple squats, lunges, and kicks. Saturday night I had a wedding to attend and I wore killer heels and danced ALL NIGHT LONG. Needless to say, my thighs are STILL killing me this morning and I'm walking kinda funny lol. BUT, I will still workout today.
1 Cardio Kickboxing class later this evening :)
