What's Your Workout Today VSGers - Monday
Yep! Although.. of course today, first day back at work.. I am having this annoying pulling sensation in my belly that just won't go away! UGH.
BUT.. I am LOADS better than I have been, so I can't complain!
I had a MAJOR breakthrough yesterday. 60 min on the elliptical with 1 min sprints in the the middle. It felt sooooo good. Then later in the day, I took the dog for a walk to see Snoqualime Falls. Up and down the stairs and path to the falls was amazing. A couple of months ago I would not have even tried it.
Working out out with Personal Trainer tonight. We are doing upper body. Then 30 mins (maybe more) cardio on the elliptical.
Started the day with:
35 min elliptical
15 min treadmill
10 min bike
Leg extensions- 2 sets each/10 reps/ 45 & 60 lbs
Tricep extensions- 7 sets/10 reps/10 lbs
Lat pull in- 5 sets/10 reps/ 45lbs
All to get my good juju flowing before my interview today, another on Thursday!
