S: Coffee, 1 T reduced fat 1/2 and 1/2, 1 splenda
L: 2.5 oz homemade chicken salad, 1 C lettuce
S: 1/2 C fage 2%, 1 scoop BA vanilla
D: Yesterday was a cluster****, so I wound up making a chef salad for dinner last night. Tonight I will grill the chicken I have marinating and make the tomato salad.
V: Done
W: 65 oz so far

Ive just been grazing all day - i havent had an actual meal.
Morning - samples of my meat loaf i was cooking, nectarine, unsweetned apple sauce
Afternoon - TJs garlic herb chicken sausage, chicken soup
Dinner: skinny mexican meatloaf, sauteed spinach/mushroom/garlic
Snack - berry medley
Ive clearly got a fruit problem but hey, im still losing weight soooo, all that sugar can't be THAT bad.

B scrambled egg with green onion and turkey bacon
S low fat ricotta and sugarfree fruit spread
L pork sirloin and tomato slices
S apple and peanut butter
D Chicken with a little pesto. spinach and snap peas

Breakfast: 2 oz. chicken breast, 1 slice whole wheat bread
Snack: 2/3 cup melon
Lunch: 2 oz. lean pork, 2 T. BBQ sauce, 1/3 ear of corn, 1/4 cup green beans with peppers and onions
Snack: 1/2 cup melon, decaf soy latte
Dinner: 3/4 cup black eyed peas with lean ham, 1/4 cup spinach
After dinner snack: 3/4 cup greek yogurt with 2 T. whipped cream cheese and splenda, topped with blueberries and 1 crumbled graham cracker
