I am going to run sprints at lunch time.

I was planning to do chest and shoulders today but I am still sore from yesterday so not sure if I am going to pu**** or not.

I am running 3 miles tonight.

1/2 hour walk at lunch time.

Going to gym after work, so not my usual aqua zumba class today (bummer).  I think I am going to do more squats/lunges and more crunches and then push ups.  Then I will do some kind of cardio for 1/2 hour (did the ellipltical last night, but I was getting bored).  Going out to dinner tonight with some besties, so next week I will make sure to get to my regularly scheduled class!!

Just did a awesome interval class!!  I haven't truly worked out like this in 18 months, I figure by 5:00 pm, I won't able to walk upright, but in a good way  :0

And I have a stair case at work...22 steps and I make sure I get a minimum of 5 trips each day.....hopefully one day I will be able to jog up them.

Heading out in a few minutes for my 1 hour workout with my trainer.  Did another walk/run session yesterday and will do another on Friday, with some bicycling thrown in for good measure.  I'm hopefully optimistic this am, my weight is dropping quicker since I started running.  I am 8 months out and down almost 80 lbs since surgery, 30 lbs to go!

Have worked myself up to a 1/2hr on the elliptical!!!
