100 pounds lost and it feels so good

This feels so good. I've lost 100 pounds and am 2/3rds of the way to goal. It's been four months since starting the journey and three months since surgery.

I am so lucky to have found this forum. To all of the people that take the time to post, thank you. The information I have found here is a major reason for my success.

A special thank you to Elina7. Your writing is so clear and concise and your advice is always spot on.

I am so happy for you.  It is so rewarding to watch you and others reach for your goals and become healthier and stronger.  It is really the main reason I still post here.  That and someone around here has to tell people how many carbs to eat.  :)

Hey surgery twin!  Wow, 100 lbs is major.  You are truly rocking your sleeve, congrats!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Be ready to have to get a new seat for that scooter of yours. I had to get a different seat for my bicycle.
