Watcha' eating VSGers??? Mon., 7/1/13
I feel like a duck! Enough rain already!
B: BA chocolate protein, 6 oz almond milk, 2 T PB2, less than 1/4 cup of blueberries
L: left over buffalo chicken salad from dinner last night (2 buffalo chicken nuggets, 1 cup of lettuce and 1 T of permesan peppercorn light dressing).
S: 1/2 C greek yogurt, 1 scoop chocolate BA protein powder
D: ?? I didn't have time to shop/plan this weekend. Ugh!
V: Done!
W: 50 oz so far
X: Walked 20 Minutes (in the stinkin rain, with no umbrella, in my work dress and sneakers...not my brightest moment for sure!). Going to the gym later for weights/cardio

L: 2oz Perdue Oven Rotisserie Chicken
S: Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
D: 2oz Salmon or 2oz Curry Chicken (I hope my husband cooks the curry chicken before dinner time. I am SO over the salmon right now.)
S: Premier Chocolate Protein Shake

S almonds (maybe)
Exercise none, fluids 12 plus cups so far, vites yes, protein and carbs are good

Tough day for me but I survived. I wasnt able to pack a lunch so I went without lunch. And thanks to the wonderful drug Dexilant, it wasnt a problem - no hunger!
