I have not tried the cauliflower pizza crusts yet, but I pinned on on pintrest the other day that sounded pretty good.

Ive actually started having anxiety over drinking because of the pain ive been having. Even though its relatively infrequent compared the pain when eating, it's enough to make me not want to drink. I know im going to have to get over it fast because im dehydrating by the day.
(and even a low day of fluid for me is 50-60 oz not including any shakes, broth, etc - but im used to drinking 120+ so 60 is dehydration level fo rme lol)
