B1 protein shake with coffee YUM.
B2 greek yogurt
S fresh mozzarella balls
L 2 slices of deli ham 2 slices of bologna and 2 slices of provolone.
S some chocolate carmel nutty bar ATKINS bar. Yes, I ate chocolate carmel- too bad it was good. But not HORRIBLE to eat.
D no idea but def protein to help make me feel better about that Atkins bar I ate.
Water: good, more than half way.
Vitamins: ummm oops
Exercise. . .no comprendo.
Vitamins will go in in a few minutes actually. I thought I left them at home but I have them WOO.
And I actually was going to try the one you told me about! I got asked to go to dinner tonight at a diner but I said NOPE I have to do a newish work out. I have steamed veggies at home too and I believe left over steak- if not I will grill a burger and eat half of that and the veggies.
B: Cliff Builders Mint Chocolate protein bar ( have to get my butt out of bed earlier to make my shake!)
L: 1/2 C lettuce, 3 oz rolled up lunch meat, 1 T peppercorn parm light dressing
S: Medium D&D iced coffee (I know, no protein, but I didn't pack a snack and my calories are too low again today)
D: Chicken....not sure how. With roasted asparagus
W: 60 oz so far
V: Done
X: Walked for 30 minutes at lunch. Will either ride my bike tonight or if raining do my treadmill
B: 2 soft boiled eggs and WASA sesame crispbread ( I am in maintenance)
L: baked tilapia, sugar snap peas, 1/4 cup fresh raspberries and blueberries
S: air popped white cheddar popcorn
D: leftover popeyes naked chicken tender, 1/2 chicken sausage, sugar snap peas
S: Fage or maybe some raw veggies with roasted pine nut hummus
Water 11 cups in, vits yes, jazzercise tonight, took walk at lunch and climbed 19 flights stairs so far
I was reading this quickly and had to do a double take. I thought you said you were eating fish guts...i was like omg haha. But I get it now :)
