L: 1 slice WW bread, 1 oz. 98% Fat Free Ham, 1 slicelowfat cheese, 1/3 c. green beans, onions and peppers
S: 240 g. watermelon, 1 oz. Special K crackers, 1 oz. hummus
D: 3 oz. shrimp, 1/2 c. pasta, 6 cherry tomatoes
S: 3/4 C. Fage 0 with 2 T. whipped cream cheese, 1/3 c. blueberries, 1 crushed graham cracker and splenda to taste
B-Krispy Kream
S-Grande Mocha Frappachino and Maple Oat Scone
L-Fettucine Alfredo and garlic bread
S-Screaming Yellow Zonkers
D-Curry Rice
S-Beard Papa Cream Puff

Haha. I'd really love to see what others are eating in maintenance. The maintenance group is mostly a weigh in log.
B- 2.2oz Ground chicken patty topped with an over medium egg
L- Mortadella/Provolone lettuce wrap w/full fat mayo
S- Broccoli with Greek yogurt/sriracha mix
D- 2.5oz Grilled pork chop and a few green beans
Will have one more snack later..... will be up late editing..... maybe tuna from a can...... lazy food......
