Is it me? technical site question

I can no longer, cut or paste into the body of the message, heck I can't even correct red underlined misspelled words, by right or left clicking on them.  absolutely nothing happens.  I can't post pictures, nadda, nuttin.

 

any thoughts or help on this would be appreciated!

I only use this site via mobile access and I have never figured out how to 1) put in a profile pic, 2) upload pictures in a thread 3) add pics to my profile. I would say I'm a tech light weight but I do use the computer every day at work, Facebook, , email, this forum so while I'm not an expert I am on the computer everyday. Would love some step by step 411. Thanks
