I worked on back and legs today. I do a five minute warm up on the treadmill as well. After I lift I do the treadmill 15 minutes at 2.5 miles at a 6 incline followed by 5 minutes a 3.5 mph at a 2 incline then 5 minutes of 2.5 at a 5 incline. Then 5 minute cool down. I did 1.5 miles total on the treadmill. Never thought I would be getting up at 5:30 to workout before work.
