Salad Dressing?
If you are a fan of Ranch Dressing - you can make it subbing greek yogurt for the sour cream/mayo. It makes it much healthier and gets you some protein! Here is one recipe:
Ingredients- ⅓ cup Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat
- 3 tbsp buttermilk
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- ⅛ tsp dill, or to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place Greek yogurt in a sieve and allow excess liquid to drain.
- In a medium bowl, stir together strained Greek yogurt, parsley, vinegar, garlic powder, garlic paste and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add buttermilk. If mixture is too thick, add more buttermilk for desired consistency.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to come together.
My fav quick dressing is equal parts Greek yogurt and salsa.
