ok you got me.  I am hovering around that "last 20 pounds" and not as faithful about working out as I was.  I am going to bump it up to get that last 20 off.

My advice would be low intensity cardio or high intensity interval training but more importantly hit the weights much harder. You will kill that last 20 lbs. But if you have been doing weights up til now, change up your routine. This is a good time to go heavy.

You got me on this one Keith...you said the same thing to me on a post like a month ago when I was struggling with the last 10 llbs til goal. Well here I am, still not at goal.

However, taking you and my husband's advice...hitting the gym to focus on weights. I need to get to goal...and an extra 10lbs wouldnt hurt.

Thanks Keith.  I just bumped up my weights a bit today, and recently started working on the expresso bike, It kicks my butt. 

there is a new trainer at my gym, my hubby wants me to work with him.

Time to try a spin class. Make sure you know what to do so you don't get hurt. I have been taking the last few pounds of by spin classes, weight training, aqua aerobics and actual distance cycling.

  HW:345 SW:335 HT:6'2" CW:208 M1-25 M2-15 M3-12 M4-13 M5-8 M6-9 M7-13 M8-10 M9-7 M10-7 M11- 8 M12- 0 so far

I totally understand about "those last twenty pounds".  UGH!!!  These last twenty pounds have kicked my butt and keep hangin' around.  Tho' everyone says, "you're too skinny, stop the weight loss".  My goal is to have these last twenty pounds off before my one year surgery date comes around with a NON-flabby bodywink.
