Thinking About Going to the Gym?

You got me on this one Keith...you said the same thing to me on a post like a month ago when I was struggling with the last 10 llbs til goal. Well here I am, still not at goal.
However, taking you and my husband's advice...hitting the gym to focus on weights. I need to get to goal...and an extra 10lbs wouldnt hurt.

I totally understand about "those last twenty pounds". UGH!!! These last twenty pounds have kicked my butt and keep hangin' around. Tho' everyone says, "you're too skinny, stop the weight loss". My goal is to have these last twenty pounds off before my one year surgery date comes around with a NON-flabby body.
Ya Ya.... I get that......
But, tell me why I gain weight when I think about ice cream and brownies......
