I posted about stalls which made me think of another question. I do not eat until 2:00 pm because I exercise in the mid afternoon and if I eat before exercising I get sick. So I was wondering if you think that could contribute to my stall.

I eat at 2:00pm, 6:00pm and 10:00pm with a snack only if needed.

I go to bed about 1:00 am

Seems to me you would want to get your metabolism revved up earlier. Is there a reason you work out so late?

What time do you get up?  I often don't eat until 2, but I also work evenings and don't get up until about noon.  If you're getting up in the morning, you should have something earlier.  It will be through your stomach by the time you work out.

My Nutritionist said it was fine to shift my meals to later in the day as long as I keep the meals 4 to 6 hours apart.

When I started the process, I was very concerned about the evening hours and the urge to snack, so I decided to eat at 10AM, 3PM and 8PM.  I go to bed at 11 and get up at  6AM.  I don't get hungry in the mornings and I do in the evenings, so this is working for me.

I doubt that the times you are eating affect the stalls.

best wishes,

Carol
