Chest and Shoulders this afternoon with my daughter after school.

20 Min HIIT Run after the sun goes down (or maybe on the treadmill after chest and shoulders)

I am on vacation in a place called the Thousand Islands on the St. Lawrence River near Canada in NY state. At home I was walking 45 minutes a day on my treadmill. This was day two of walking a path and going up and down stairs leading from the boathouse to the cottage. Adapting as best as I can.

If you want a challenge, do the stairs on your hands and feet and bear walk them! That will burn some calories!

Have a great vacation! Lots of fresh air up there, make sure to fill your lungs with lots of it. Deep breathing helps to burn calories more efficiently. I won't say it burns more but more efficiently to me sounds like more!

Strength plus cardio. Im exhausted today so this should  be interesting.

 

I am starting to consider switching to morning workouts. It would mean getting up at 5:15am but it may be worth it to have my evenings free. I think I may try next week.

Morning workouts are a great way to start the day. You will find yourself filled with energy all day long and ready to take on anything. The hard part is getting up at 5:15.

I agree. I am back to work on 9/3 and don't know how I will ever get up at 5 to exercise, but if I don't I will worry about when I can do it all day!
