Any support groups or just some nice people in the Dallas area. Gonna be in Dallas next week. Trying to stay focused. So why not do it with some people who knows my struggle.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

There is a weight loss support group that meets Thursday evenings at 5:30 at Baylor Hospital in Plano. There are other groups around the Metroplex too...not sure of where all they meet though.
