Best NSV Since Surgery
I did not expect this, at least not now, but today I did 4 pull-ups. Pull-ups in the fitness world are generally seen as a sign of fitness level and strength. They are difficult to do, not only do you need upper body strength but muscle coordination and core strength as well. I have had ambitions of doing pull-ups since starting to workout almost a year ago. I had a goal to be able to do one by the first of the year. Just on a whim today I decided to try one and I was able to do 4. The were close grip pull-ups not the wide grip which i could not do. I have a new aspiration to be able to do 10 wide grip pull-ups by the Jan 1 2014.
