The last few days have been very motivating seeing some people posting some GREAT RESULTS !!!!
A couple girls yesterday posting 130+lbs. lost in 8 months..... What? A few more 100lbs. down !!!! and many on there way !!!

I had surgery the last week in August. I pop in here a few times a day. Usually when I need a little mental boost. Seeing the hard work pay off IS A MOTIVATION!
I cannot wait to post my 6 month pics! :) Whether they are 50 pounds gone or 90 pounds, I know I will have done my best.
Thanks to all of the members that post pics and stories. They do help!
