Had my 2nd bootcamp tonite...
and IM LOVIN' EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!
One thing though...
Was doing sit-ups and my tailbone was killing me...
no more padding...what can I do to ease up on the pain...
Also dead lifted 30#....

Woot!  I did boot camp for a few months. It was no joke.  I ended up injuring myself.  It totally derailed my fitness and weight loss efforts for a long time.  Be careful, Superwoman! ;-)

The lifting and sit ups really scare me..I herniated a couple lower discs 2 yrs back and every twinge sets me on edge....
Taking it VERY slow, learning the proper technique and I have to say my trainer is MOST AWESOME!!!

Either bring a mat or use a sweat towel underneath.  I was getting huge black bruises from my ridiculous tailbone, at one point I was sticking the towel part way into my pants :)

I had a like curved mat that was supposed to support the back and I shoved it under my butt!! LOL!
