One more lesson learned - ALWAYS be mindful. I made up a bunch of pre-measured portions of crack slaw for my lunch this week. I clearly grabbed one that I had prepared for the rest of my family and I just sat here eating the whole thing (like I always do) but without looking to see how much was in there. Clearly it was too much. I am in pain, my chest hurts, I wish I could go make myself vomit but I would literally rather lose a finger than vomit so I have never been able to make myself vomit. I will just have to ride it out but this is NOT FUN!

Yep, that's what I get for packing my lunch at 5 an to make my 6 am workout before work. 

Oh you mean not paying attention. Well I am paying the price.

I'm gonna call you out on this cause I know you can take it and your pretty good at dishing it out.......and some of your followers can take a lesson from you.......

Red Flags: For a year out with your accumulated knowledge base thus far.... Big Fail

Red Flag #1 - Your AutoPilot has not changed over yet. You need to install the "VSG Portion" unit.

Red Flag #2 - You didn't recognize weight or mass when it was in your hand.

Red Flag #3 - You didn't get a visual. You should be able to tell from across the room a proper portion.

Red Flag #4 - Your bite count didn't flip the alarm..... maybe your speed was to fast also?

Overall..... Epic Fail.......to many reasons that should not have happened.

***Disclaimer, I'm not a perfect eater but when I have over eatin it was because it was a new food, maybe with a different density or texture. Or I just plain knew I was over the line in danger zone.

All very good points that to some degree is valid and I will actually add another. I was not focused on my meal, I was working and answering OH posts and flat out was not paying attention. I was not mindful of what I was eating.
