. Seriously, you start a little at a time. First you walk to the end of the block and back. You do this until you start noticing the squirrels, birds and the gorgeous sunrise or sunset. Then you extend your distance until you can walk around the block. Put some classical music on the radio, stand up and pretend you are the conductor and put that orchestra through its paces. Go to water aerobics, which is easy on your joints. It doesn't have to be hard. You just need to start moving. Good luck, I loved your post. You made me smile.
