qestions how much liquid b12
I have been told to take b12. I do not want to take the shots so i bought b12 sublingual liquid. it has a 1cc droper. do i take 1 droper daily ???????? do any one know how much and how often you are to take this. directions say to put 1cc under tounge so dose i have but should this be done daily ????????

You probably do have to take it everyday. I have to take 1000 mcg everyday. You should call your dr. office to find out how much you have to take. How much you take depends on how bad your deficiency is.
