Wow!

Today I followed through with my plan to go walking.  I started walking and it started RAINING (of course) but I kept going!  I walked to the farthest side of the neighborhood and back!  Just me, my music, and the rain.  While I was walking this feeling of "everything will be okay" came over me out of nowhere!  It felt good!  The smell of the rain and listening to Beyonce (luv her) just did it for me!  I didn't walk for as long as I wanted because the rain started to get so heavy I couldn't really see lol but I'm glad I went and am looking forward to tomorrow's walk!  Operation fatty be gone has been initiated!  I have a wonderful fiancé who is also learning as this journey progresses.  Today I had a positive experience even though I don't know what to call it lol

LMAO!!!  I wasn't worried about it!  That rain wasn't anything my chi couldn't iron out!  I literally busted out laughing!  I'm glad I'm not due for a relaxed because I would have been lookin' a hot mess!  Probably would have been rockin' a fro!
