I have been super setting my exercises too and after I started doing that the scale started to move again. So I think it is worth keeping up for now. I separate my cardio thought to a later part of the day with some recovery in between.

The 4 sets of 25 lunges did make my eyes water just a bit.

Art of strength. Lots of snatches, pikes in the bandit loops, squats, deadlifts, rows, ropes, etc. I wish I had time to go for a run. I have an inordinate amount of nervous energy

I have become a junky too so I know what you mean. Did you ever think you would mention your rear delts in a forum post...EVER?

Still getting over my double ear infection.  I missed my workouts on wed/thurs/fri of last week.  I hoping by the end of the day today my lungs have cleared out a bit.  If not, I am going to go for a light walk and maybe do some seated weight exercises.  I hate that I got SO SICK right as I was making the gym a habit.  The good news is...I actually MISSED it!  Excited to get back into it and back on track with my workouts...

I did a great hike yesterday up to the Ice Caves.  It was the hardest activity I have done since surgery.  I did way better than I thought I would and it proved to me I am ready for more.

Looking forward to upping my intensity today.

Cardio again today but with a bit my umph!

I already completed a conditioning class/HIIT (60 min) this morning, grocery shopping & 1 hour major house cleaning!!
