Costco-Free Gym Membership !!!

It's getting to be winter again......

What are your indoor activities ???

Last night at Costco I loaded this cart and pushed it around for about 20 minutes traversing the isles. Unloaded, than picked up a couple things.

I figured this was plus/minus around a thousand pounds of soda including the cart.

Who said soda was bad for us ????

I do this same workout at Lowes or Home Depot also..........

I always thought it was a trip when people would log exercise on MFP whenever they did household chores.  Well **** if you do it right, which I'm sure most people do, that is a decent workout!!  I squat, pick up, & get on my hands and knees to get work done!  Sometimes I've done a full makeover moving beds, furniture, & crap just to get everything spic & span.  I can actually feel tired after 3 hours of this ... sweeping the garage & driveway ... it's all physical activity in my book.  I trip on the calories burned when I log this stuff.  Sorry I am not a hardcore gym junkie.  I do admire those who are but I've got my thing down ... walking, parking further, still picking up my 40 pound daughter.  This is stuff I tried my best to avoid when I was 280 pounds!

Frisco do you know if a video is still out there on you tube showing why not to drink and eat at the same time? I remember seeing one but that was three years ago. It was a man with a strainer of apple sauce and it showed water mixed in with the apple sauce? I wanted to post a video of why not to drink 30 minutes after eating.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.
