2 glasses of milk

2 bottles of water (so far)

yogurt with blueberries and granola

pear

Roasted free range chicken with yams and onions

2 peanut butter crackers

looking forward to a nice cup of chamomille tea once dinner digests

 

Kind of a light day.  don't feel very hungry.  Never use to say that before :)

WORK ON WATER

SO MY AQUA AEROBICS IN THE SHALLOW POOL NOT GOING TO WORK WITH MY ARTHRITIS SO SAD! I LOVE THIS CLASS SO I CAN DO THE DEEP END ON WED WITH THEM, M AND W HAVE TO SWIM AND GYM
