For the vets: 800 calories/protein
Don't forget protein shakes. 2 shakes of premier protein = 60 grams of protein and 4 net carbs (or I think 10 carbs total... would have to look to confirm that). Do 3 of them and you have met your targets easily. I am super lazy with food, so when I don't feel like preparing anything (which is frequently) then shakes it is.

Egg whites, chicken breast, protein shakes (of the lower-carb variety) with unsweetened plain almond milk, turkey sausage. Easy peasy. I am currently eating around 800 calories/day now, but must increase by adding fats now that maintenance has arrived.
